  • Comprehensive Maintenance Package: For established companies with employees on payroll and customers, this monthly service is designed to include all “non-core” activities that are nevertheless key to the client’s success. This package includes any required setup of missing infrastructure plus unlimited telephone consultation and weekly on-site support.
  • Funding Preparation Package: For clients preparing to seek institutional funding, this service is designed to ensure a smooth due diligence process and provides review and setup of the accounting, HR, and administrative infrastructure required by most institutional investors. This service also provides assistance in preparing investor presentations.
